We need input from organizations that have conducted, or are
currently conducting, an implementation of a scorecarding system. The scorecarding
system can be a pilot project or enterprise-wide project. The scorecarding
system may be computerized or paper-based.
The person completing the survey should have a good understanding of, or have access to, information about the purpose of the project, implementation method, and any benefits or outcomes. If more than one implementation has been completed, multiple surveys may be completed - if desired.
If your organization does not currently have a scorecarding system, part of the survey can be still be taken.
The study will run continuously from April 2004 onwards.
If you check the box marked “I am willing to be contacted for follow-up
purposes, should it be necessary”, the supervisors will contact you
when the preliminary findings are ready, and when any research is published.
Otherwise, please check back periodically for the publication links and
downloads.
All individual survey responses will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed without consent of the participant or organization.
For security reasons, participants must complete the survey and print their answers in one seating. Participants will not be able to directly retrieve or change their answers after submitting them. If an organization wishes to change an answer, they may contact one of the survey Supervisors, who will assist them.
